Sheep fat is a good source of energy for the active dog, but also a source of vitamin A and vitamin D.
These vitamins are important for the build up and firmness of bones and support vision. 
 
Arctic krill are animal plankton and are very rich in eicopentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), essential omega 3 fatty acids. Omega 3 fatty acids support the immune system and have anti-inflammatory properties. In addition, arctic krill is a good source of essential amino acids, rich in leucine and lysine, but also in glucosamine and proline. Particularly important nutrients for muscles and joints.
 
BCAA stands for branched chain amino acids, that is to say 3 essential amino acids, leucine, isoleucine and valine. These amino acids stimulate protein synthesis (muscle building) and reduce muscle protein breakdown during exercise. Alongside the muscle-building benefits, BCAAs may also improve cognitive skills in working dogs, possibly by increasing serotonin in the brain. All of this ultimately contributes to better performance, especially in active dogs, such as canicross, sled dogs and hunting dogs.
 
Tumeric Curcumin is a strong antioxidant and has anti-inflammatory action. Curcumin thus protects against joint damage, muscle damage and thus supports the recovery and muscle build-up of powerbons.
 
Dosage: 1 candy per 10 kg of dog per day.
