Shipping and returns
1. Voorwaarden verzenden
Delivery is handled by the carrier you selected when placing your order. You will receive a tracking link allowing you to track the status of your delivery. In all cases, please contact the delivery service first using the provided contact details before contacting us.
2. Return and exchange conditions
Our return and exchange policy is strict!
If you are not satisfied with your order, you must return the item to us under the following conditions:
Return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return in the original packaging, with the label attached.
Return the item unused! Harnesses may only be tried on indoors; odors, hair, or dirt will result in the return being rejected!
The same conditions apply to exchanging the size! However, we will send you the correct size at our expense.
The costs of return shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. You must notify us in advance by sending us the tracking link for the return shipment.
You can return the order to the address below. Please ensure that the shipment is sufficiently franked. Carriers such as PostNL charge hefty fines for packages that are not sufficiently franked. Therefore, we cannot accept them.

If we do not receive notification of a return, or if we are unable to trace the return using a tracking link, we are not responsible for handling it. It is your responsibility to provide us with this information in any way.
